These terms govern your use of this website and any quote request you submit through it. By browsing the site or submitting a form, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
1. This is not an online store
This site does not process payments, and there is no cart or checkout. Browsing the catalog and submitting the Request a Quote form does not create an order or a binding contract - it's an inquiry. A confirmed order exists only once we've agreed on product, quantity, customization, pricing, and delivery with you directly (by email, phone, or a separate purchase order / invoice).
2. Quote requests
Information you submit (company details, quantities, customization needs, target dates) is used to prepare a quote and is not a guarantee of price, availability, or lead time until we confirm it in writing. Quoted pricing and lead times are typically valid for a limited period, which we'll state when we send them.
3. Customization and branding
If you provide a logo, artwork, or branding for customization, you confirm you have the right to use it and to have it reproduced on the products you order. We use it only to produce your order and won't reuse it for any other purpose without your permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Pravaahya name, logo, product photography, and site content belong to Pravaahya (or are used with permission) and may not be copied or reused without our consent.
5. No warranty on site availability
We try to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Product availability, MOQs, and lead times shown on the site are indicative and confirmed only at the quote stage.
6. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Pravaahya is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this site. Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited under Indian law.
7. Privacy
How we handle personal data you submit through this site - including your rights under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 - is covered in our Privacy Policy.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising from them will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
