Privacy Policy
Last updated: 18 July 2026
This policy explains how Pravaahya (“we,” “us”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data submitted through this website, and the rights you have over that data under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (“DPDP Act”). Under the DPDP Act, Pravaahya acts as the Data Fiduciary and you, as a visitor or quote requester, are the Data Principal.
1. What we collect
This site does not use accounts, carts, checkout, cookies, or analytics/advertising trackers. The only personal data we collect is what you choose to submit through the Request a Quote or Contact form:
- Name
- Organization
- Email address
- Phone number
- Your message
2. Why we collect it (purpose limitation)
We process this data for one purpose only: to respond to your bulk-gifting inquiry - preparing a quote, discussing your requirements, and coordinating an order if you choose to proceed. By submitting the form, you consent to this processing for this stated purpose, as required under Section 6 of the DPDP Act. We do not use your information for unrelated marketing, do not sell it, and do not share it with anyone outside the processors listed below.
3. Who processes it
Form submissions are recorded directly into a private Google Sheet via Google Apps Script, which our team uses to follow up on inquiries. This processor (Google) may handle data on infrastructure located outside India in the ordinary course of storing that record - the DPDP Act permits cross-border transfer of personal data except to countries specifically restricted by the Central Government, none of which apply to our current processors. We don't use any other third-party data processor on this site.
4. How long we keep it (storage limitation)
We retain quote-request data only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and complete any resulting order, or until you ask us to erase it - whichever is relevant - consistent with Section 8(7) of the DPDP Act.
5. Your rights as a Data Principal
Under Sections 11–14 of the DPDP Act, you have the right to:
- Request a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how it's processed
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data
- Ask us to erase your data once it's no longer needed for the purpose it was collected for
- Withdraw consent at any time (without affecting processing already carried out)
- Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of death or incapacity
- Lodge a complaint with us, and if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India
To exercise any of these rights, contact our Grievance Officer below - we aim to respond within a reasonable time.
6. Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures, as required under Section 8(5) of the DPDP Act, to protect the data you share with us from unauthorized access, alteration, or loss. In the unlikely event of a personal data breach, we will notify affected individuals and the Data Protection Board of India as required under Section 8(6).
7. Children's data
This is a business-to-business site intended for corporate procurement, HR, and events contacts. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under 18.

This policy is a good-faith template aligned with the DPDP Act, 2023 as of the date above - it is not legal advice. Have it reviewed by counsel before relying on it as your final, binding privacy policy, and update it if your data collection, processors, or business structure change.
